This project consists of the Heritage High School Phase 2, approximately 183,972 sf, for Midlothian ISD. Work to include, but is not limited to: Midlothian Heritage High School – Phase 2 consists of multi-story additions to the existing Midlothian Heritage High School. Additions include Athletics, Classrooms, Fine Arts, and Field House with an additional alternate cafeteria expansion. Site development shall consist of additional parking and regrading. This is a CSP project located in Midlothian, TX. Also includes: existing conditions; concrete; masonry; metals; wood, plastics and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; specialties; equipment; furnishings; sound-conditioned rooms; conveying equipment; fire suppression; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; communications; electronic safety and security; earthwork; exterior improvements; utilities.
