Work will consist of Rebuilding Clear View High School for the Clear Creek ISD. Project will include the construction of a new Clear View High School and demolition of the existing campus. The new building will include a one story building with mechanical mezzanines on drilled piers, slab-on-grade, steel frame, CMU walls, metal stud framing with brick veneer and metal cladding, and modified bitumen roofing; facilities work which will include academic and vocational classrooms, gymnasium, library, science labs, food service, administration, and ancillary support areas; as well as on-site improvements and site amenities which will include parking, walkway canopy, utilities and courtyard.
