PLANROOM BEST PRACTICES


Basic training for staff members charged with operating the associations online planroom service. Provides employees with a clear understanding of the construction bid process from beginning to end, including common construction terminology plus Best Practices for planroom operations.


One-Day Session - $1,800.00*
Includes travel time to and from location, preparation, 8 hours of instruction, written evaluation and recommendations for the Executive Director plus follow-up.

Course Content: Basis "Rules of Reporting" 1-3 or Advanced Pre-Bid Training.

Two-Day Session - $3,400.00*
Includes travel time to and from location, preparation, 16 hours of instruction, written evaluation and recommendations for the Executive Director and follow-up.

Course Content: Covers Getting Organized, plus all the "Rules of Reporting"

Weekly Session - $7,500.00*
Includes travel time to and from location, preparation, 40 hours of "on-site" instruction and problem solving, "in-the-trenches" demonstration, written evaluation and recommendations for the Executive Director and follow-up.
Course Content: Covers Getting Organized, plus all the "Rules of Reporting" 1-5 and on-site implementation of the techniques.
